Express Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing IT service and equipment provider with offices in Cambridgeshire. Due to continued success, our client is now seeking a Telecoms Coordinator to join their telecoms services department.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Take down detailed sales orders over the phone and ensure they are processed correctly and reported to Sales Representative
• Consult frequently with suppliers to place sales orders
• Raise broadband orders with Gamma and maintain communication with customers up until the point of delivery
• Raise installation projects on the ITSM system and consult with Engineers to schedule workloads
• Consult with customers who are out of contract and renegotiate contract renewals, whilst promoting additional services to upsell customers on their package
• Process contract cancellations and finalise invoices, ensuring the system is updated accurately
• Manage and facilitate all IT training needs

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience working with telecom providers/within the telecoms industry beneficial
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
• Confident contract negotiation and objection handling skills
• Ability to prioritise, organise and manage workloads
