Express Recruitment are proud to be partnering with an award-winning team who deliver a multi-disciplinary service including architectural design, building surveying, project management, maintenance and health and safety with over 50 years’ experience. They are looking to recruit a building surveyor to join their expanding team.  

The successful candidate will either be a recent graduate or a more qualified Building Surveyor, they are looking to fill a few roles on various levels. The roles are paying between £25,000 to £50,000 D.O.E with 31 days annual leave, 24/7 doctors’ appointments and a pension scheme.  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Providing advice on building maintenance  
• Surveying building conditions  
• Being responsible for work schedules, setting KPI’s and specifications  
• Completing draft standard contract forms  
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders 

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree of equivalent in building surveying or similar experience  
• Experience of commercial properties  
• Experience working in a similar role within the educational section, desirable  
• Ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met 
• Full UK Driving Licence necessary
