Due to continued success and major expansion plans, our client is seeking to recruit a highly competent Controls Engineering Manager with tackling daily automation challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the Controls department enforcing the policies and procedures of the company 
• Set objectives for the Electrical Engineers by strategic scheduling and resource capacity planning   
• Maintain the high quality of the existing departments and enforcing new actions plans, verifying coding checks and performing audits  
• Set up preventative works plans, ongoing maintenance and scheduling repairs 
• Coordinate daily works for the Automation & Controls Engineers, ensuring timely project delivery and quality standards are maintained

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrable experience in a similar management or supervisory roles 
• Previous experience as a Controls Engineer with demonstrable knowledge of developing and coding Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC
• Experience using the Microsoft Office package 
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
