The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering lessons to students up to age 18, who are training within Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. You’ll be passionate about ensuring all students are taught at an efficient level, aiding them to begin their career within the Engineering sector. Our client is open to receiving applications from candidates with a background as a Tutor, Assessors or similar.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and deliver lessons to a group of apprentice students
• Prepare students for end-point assessments, ensuring best practice at all times
• Liaise with co-ordinators and apprenticeship managers via telephone, email and face to face
• Design and develop resources to ensure students receive the best learning experience
• Act as the first point of contact for students within the HVAC/R Team

Skills & Experience

• Qualified Level 3 within relevant vocational, diploma in teaching in the lifelong learning sector (DTLLs) or equivalent
• Must hold Certificate in Education/PGCE or be prepared to work toward
• Knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration engineering
• Demonstratable experience of liaison with third parties and other departments
• Ability to work to and meet timescale deadlines
