Express Recruitment are on the lookout for Multi-Skilled Trades Technicians to join our client who are a rapidly growing property management firm based in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join our client on a permanent basis to assist with both reactive and planned maintenance throughout multiple property sites.  

The successful candidate with receive a competitive starting salary of up to c£35,000 alongside the opportunity to be a part of a company that provides exceptional growth and internal development opportunities. 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Carry out general trade related maintenance including basic plumbing, electrics, flooring, painting, and decorating  
• Test and inspect fire alarms, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, water pipes, boilers, and lighting systems 
• Complete snagging lists and produce detailed fault and evaluation reports  
• Read and interpret building blueprints and diagrams  
• Respond to emergency call outs when required  
• Maintenance and upkeep of HVAC systems 

Skills & Experience 

• Formal trade qualification ideal but not essential  
• Demonstrable experience in general property maintenance  
• Excellent communication skills on all levels  
• Full UK Driving Licence essential  
• Flexible with working hours and overtime when required
