Due to continued success and increased investment within their product range, our client is seeking an attentive, conscientious Quality Engineer to join their growing team and help to drive improvement initiatives.  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Adhere to all health and safety regulations  
• Ensure  ISO 9001, BS EN ISO 14001, BS EN ISO 45001 are complied with in all areas of responsibility 
• Support implementation of new products in line with customer and internal requirements, ensuring compliance with standards 
• Investigate and troubleshoot product issues 
• Implement corrective actions and continual improvements 
• Inspection & testing of materials to ensure quality specifications are met including the use of a thermal analysis equipment such as a DSC and DMA and rheological equipment & HPLC equipment 
• Undertake internal and supply chain process and product audits 

Skills & Experience

• Degree in Engineering or Scientific related subject (other formal qualifications considered) 
• Proven quality experience in a similar role  
• Ability to work with mathematical formula 
• Ability to measure, interpret, analyse, and present test data 
• Proficient across all Microsoft Office packages
