We’re delighted to be supporting a leading company who is currently seeking to recruit a temporary member of the team, to support their operations in the Manchester area. This role will start in May 2024 and continue for 6 months however there will be potential to extend.  

The role consists of visiting occupied properties and inspecting the exterior and interior for defects. You will be provided a checklist to run through and training will be provided therefore previous experience in a similar role is not essential. 

The ideal candidate will be a friendly, people person and have access to their own vehicle as you will need to drive to various sites. Previous experience in a trade’s environment, property or construction would be beneficial. 

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Assess interior and exterior condition of buildings 
• Inspect properties within the area for defects 
• Contact tenants and make appointments for inspections 
• Use a checklist to inspect defects on a building 

Skills & Experience

• No previous experience of property inspections required 
• Basic customer service skills essential 
• Be able to build relationships with customers face to face quickly 
• Clean UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
