Due to continued growth our client is on the lookout for an experienced Estates Valuer to join their talented Property Team. The ideal candidate will have strong management skills and will be taking full account for the whole Property Valuation process. To be considered for this role, you’ll need to ensure you hold MRICS qualification.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor a range of high value property portfolios and manage the optimisation process
• Ensure the valuation process for commercial properties runs smoothly
• Complete business plans and impact assessments in line with the companies procedures
• Implement procedures to ensure all compliance and business laws are adhered to
• Manage, oversee and develop a team of support staff to ensure works are completed within specified timescales
• Review a range of data through various platforms, including interpreting of financial data to ensure minimal cost to the business

Skills & Qualifications

• Qualified MRICS Surveyor
• Experience managing a commercial property or estates portfolio
• Excellent analysis skills with good attention to detail
• Proven experience of managing a team
• Demonstrable ability to meet timescale deadlines
