We are a woodworking machinery supply company based in Leicestershire. Due to our continued company growth, they are looking for a full-time Field Service Engineer to join their busy and expanding service team. They have been supplying Woodworking machinery for over 30 years and are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join their dynamic team where they offer excellent working conditions and ongoing training. 

Due to the high demand and nature of this the role the successful candidate will be required to regularly travel throughout the UK including some rare overnight stays. In return, the successful candidate with receive a salary of up to £35,000 OTE, 23 days holiday (+8 bank holidays) a company van and fuel card.  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Attend client sites and perform maintenance, servicing, and installation 
• Service and repair of woodworking machines including band saws, cross cutters, edgebanders, sanders, and routers  
• Maintain an accurate fault log report 
• Work towards tight deadlines 
• Manage own diary effectively 
• Full UK driving licence  

Skills & Experience  

• Experienced servicing woodworking machinery essential  
• Ability to read and interpret engineering diagrams  
• Electrically and mechanically experienced 
• Full driving licence (company van provided)  
• Be flexible with travel and working hours
