Temp to Perm Medical Customer Support Representative

Overview

Express Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading medical services manufacturer who are seeking a friendly Customer Support Representative to join their team on an immediately starting Temporary basis, to support with an increased workload. Due to recent company success, there is a very strong possibility that the role will become permanent!

The best part about this role is that the hours are solely Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, with no evenings or weekends and there’s also lots of on-site parking available for the successful candidate. Additional company benefits will be offered should you be made permanent with the company after c3 months.

Skills & Experience
  • Previous customer service/administration experience
  • Polite and professional telephone manner
  • Good IT proficiency in MS Office packages
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Knowledge of Data Protection and GDPR
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Handle telephone calls, emails and live chat correspondence from a variety of individuals
  • Act as the first point of contact for product queries and assist with general order processing and timeline enquiries
  • Update an internal CRM database with confidential customer information, ensuring adherence to GDPR when dealing with customer data
  • Schedule and co-ordinate appointments for new customers, ensuring good quality diary management
  • Provide an excellent service to all customers and clients
